Broadband Latin America

Broadband services are starting to represent an important issue in terms of revenue for cable TV and fixed line operators in Latin America. One of the most growing telecom markets in the region experienced the development of broadband services. In the first semester of 2007 fixed line operators in Brazil achieve an incensement of 29,7% of clients representing 6 millions of broadband users.

Triple play offers, competitiveness and the efforts of communications providers to deploy new services and applications based on wireless and fixed technologies are making this process available and real.

Following the promising growth on broadband services IBC will come together again to the broadband industry to discuss current and relevant information data about the diverse markets in the region and valuables opportunities for market growth.
